Project Description
SolarSmith completed a 3 kW residential rooftop solar installation at a DDA flat in Bindapur, New Delhi for Mr. Harsh. The client wanted to reduce electricity bills and adopt a clean, sustainable energy solution.After a site survey, SolarSmith designed a customized on-grid solar system for single-phase domestic use and installed it on an RCC rooftop using a durable 2.5 GC structure. The system includes WAAREE WS-580 DCR bifacial solar modules and a Sungrow 3 kVA on-grid inverter, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. An app-based monitoring system allows real-time tracking of power generation.
SolarSmith managed the complete process, including net metering, subsidy support, bank loan assistance, and insurance. The system is backed by a 5-year product warranty and 1-year insurance.
With a DC capacity of 3.48 kWp, the system generates around 360–380 units per month, significantly lowering electricity costs.
