Position – Sales & Business Development

Qualification and preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of work experience in direct field sales/channel
   sales preferably in solar energy industry.
2. Good communication skills with a knack of convincing and objection handling.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office and language fluency in Hindi and English
4. Understanding of commercial terms and conditions with basic technical knowledge of
   solar roof top system & its components.
5. Field profile. Candidate having personal vehicle will be preferred.
6. Keen interest to work in clean energy space and skilled to do site survey for solar rooftop
   projects
7. Proven track record of self-motivation and dedication to work independently and as a
   part of a team
