Qualification and preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with bachelor’s degree/diploma from a recognized university/college.
  • Excellent written, oral & telephonic communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professional verbal and written communication, tact and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and language fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Proven track record of self-motivation and dedication to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen interest to work in the clean energy space with a knack for convincing and handling rejection/objections.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively within a team towards common goals, and organize own work to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Familiarity with available social media platforms and basics of digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Researching consumer and industry trends and engaging with developing market areas to generate new leads.
  • Responsible for generating leads of solar projects in residential, commercial, and industrial establishments through tele and digital marketing activities.
  • Qualification of leads from lead pool to generate requirements.
  • Assist the team with preparation/proofreading of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and collaterals.
  • Oversee team’s sales performance and develop sales strategies to align with sales objectives and targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer records and database information.
  • Coordinate, promote, and attend promotional events/activities in both online and offline modes.
  • Provide required sales support and perform related activities.
