Mrs. Kavita Bardia, a resident of Meera Bagh in New Delhi, approached SolarSmiths with a vision to reduce her electricity bills and adopt a sustainable lifestyle. As a forward-thinking homeowner, she was looking for a solar partner who could deliver not only high performance but also long-term reliability for her residential property.SolarSmiths designed and commissioned a 40 kWp rooftop solar system using an RCC 1.0GC (grid-connected) mounting structure, customized for her flat rooftop. This system efficiently caters to the energy needs of her multi-storey home while optimizing the available roof space. The solar modules used were high-efficiency Mono PERC panels with anti-reflective coating, ensuring high output even in Delhi’s fluctuating weather.
We integrated the system with a smart inverter and a remote monitoring solution to give Mrs. Bardia real-time visibility of her energy generation and consumption. The system was installed in just 6 days — from structure fitting to final synchronization — with complete documentation support for net metering and DISCOM approvals.
